Please read these terms carefully and ensure you understand them before purchasing a package from our web store. Note that before purchasing a package, you will be required to agree to these terms. If you refuse to accept these terms, you will not be able to purchase a package from our web store

We may update these terms from time to time. Whenever you wish to purchase a package, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms applicable at that time. These terms were last updated on 01/01/2025.

• You must acknowledge that anyone purchasing a package from our store is NOT exempt from the server rules. Any violation of the rules may result in the purchased package being removed from your account or even a ban from the ORIGINSMP NETWORK Minecraft server!
  
  
• Your account is YOURS ONLY! You are NOT allowed to share your password with anyone (regardless of your relationship, such as friends or family).
  
  
• If your Minecraft account is compromised, any unconsumed packages purchased will be REMOVED!
  
• By purchasing a package from our store, you agree to these terms and conditions!
  
• Purchases made on our store are payments for the virtual packages included in the purchase. These transactions are final, and refunds cannot be issued. If you violate the server rules and your access is restricted, no refunds will be provided for any money spent on the store. If the Minecraft server shuts down, the virtual packages are lost. All packages are virtual, meaning they have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.
  
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services provided to you if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or our policies, or if we investigate suspected inappropriate behavior.
  
• We reserve the right to modify the permissions and access of rank-based packages at any time, without prior notice.
  
  We do not guarantee continuous, error-free access to our store or its packages.
  
  We reserve the right to change package prices from time to time; however, price changes will not affect completed purchases.
  
• Some purchases may include the provision of in-game virtual currency, credits, or similar simulation mechanisms referred to as "Virtual Currency." Any awarded virtual currency has no physical value, can only be redeemed on the platform it was issued for, and cannot be exchanged for real money. We may monitor all purchases, including but not limited to purchases granting virtual currency. Any unusual use of virtual currency reported or identified by us will be investigated, and the virtual currency may be forfeited at our discretion.
  
• You may only purchase a package from our store if you are at least 14 years old! Otherwise, the purchase must be made with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  
• You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, translate, modify, create derivative works, decompile code, perform reverse engineering, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code contained in the web store or related to it.
  
• Purchased packages cannot be transferred between accounts. Any request to transfer a rank or any other package from one account to another will be denied.
  
• If your behavior negatively impacts the community or the ORIGINSMP NETWORK Minecraft server, any unconsumed package you own may be deleted without prior warning.
  
• The term "donation" does not apply to any package on the store.originsmp.net website! When purchasing a package from our store, you are making a purchase, not a donation.
